Stone Ledge™ Distillery is located in Defiance, Missouri. Our high-quality, chemical-free and sustainable spirits are produced in the Ozark Highlands using a traditional, all-natural, Missouri-centric alembic Armagnacais process using stills forged from Missouri copper.

Stone Ledge™ Distillery is located in the Ozark Highlands. Our tasting room is in historic Defiance, MO. Most of our production takes place in Union, MO under a contract with distiller Demetrius Cain.
We also import high-quality British and Caribbean spirits, and celebrate wine, beer and spirits from around Missouri.
Our tasting room is located at 3006 S Hwy 94, Defiance, MO 63341 and is open Thursday-Sunday. Group visits can be scheduled outside of regular hours.
WE ARE CLOSED IN JANUARY AND WILL REOPEN FEBRUARY 1.

You are welcome to bring your own food or cigars to Stone Ledge Distillery when visiting. Private events require the use of a caterer for any event food. Please refrain from bringing in any outside drinks.

Our spirits embrace traditional, historic, sustainable and natural distillation, and celebrate hard work and the well deserved rewards for those who pioneer and fight for something better.
And so does our logo. Featuring the kicking Missouri mule and the limestone ledge that is known as the Ozark Highlands, our logo represents the best of the past and the best of the future.

Most American Oak Barrels are made from Missouri White Oak, and many are made in the state of Missouri. Every barrel we use is proudly made in Missouri's Ozark Highlands.
